New cleaners receive hands-on training at Arodal's training facility. It is here that our cleaners are shown proper chemical applications and mixtures, machine use, and safety procedures. After the compulsorytraining has been successfully completed, and each person has a thorough understanding of the work to perform with an itemized listof daily, periodic, and special projects, they are then placed on site and trained to our client's building specifications.
