Log Book
The "Log Book" is a communication booklet that enables you to leave special requests for the cleaners on a non-formal basis. It is also used for communications between the cleaners and the customer regarding special requests such as supply ordering. The Log Book is not intended to replace communication with the Operations Department.
24-hours, 7 days a week
In order to ensure our clients ultimate satisfaction, it is imperative that we be available to respond to enquiries and emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Security
Personnel will become familiar with the emergency telephone list. Entrance doors will be locked during the entire cleaning operation. Only assigned cleaning personnel and supervisory staff will have access to your building.
Customer Report Sheet

We ensure that our customers are visited routinely for the purpose of maintaining quality work performance on an ongoing basis. After this visit, a Customer Report Sheet is completed and any adjustments are implemented. These timely visits are crucial to our customer satisfaction and corporate growth.
